GFYB Photovoltaic Transformation
The box-type transformer is divided into three parts: high-voltage chamber, low-voltage chamber and transformer, arranged in a "mesh" shape. Except for the transformer heat sink and body that are exposed outside the box, all other live intervals are sealed in independent compartments. Each room is separated into independent intervals by partitions, and a manhole is provided in the box to facilitate installation and maintenance.
The inner and outer surfaces of the box are smooth and free of rust, coating peeling and bump damage. The paint layer is firm and even, with no obvious contrast and reflection.
The base of the cabinet and all exposed metal parts are treated with anti-corrosion and anti-rust treatment, and sprayed with a durable protective layer.
The top cover of the box is equipped with a rainproof sealing cover and a rainproof eaves. The double-layer structure of the box top cover can prevent heat radiation.
The design size of the box transformer door matches the size of the equipment installed. The box transformer door adopts internal hinges. All doors on the box body open outwards with an opening angle greater than 90°.
The box body is made of stainless steel, and the paint is imported automotive paint, all of which are baked. It is anti-smoke, anti-humidity and heat, anti-mold, and has strong outdoor weather resistance. The photovoltaic power station is located in an area with low temperatures, large temperature differences, high humidity, and lots of wind and sand. The box-type transformer has a reasonable protective structure, dust-proof structure and low-temperature resistance, which can meet the requirements for normal and safe operation under harsh environmental conditions.
