JYD type low-voltage fixed complete set of switchgear is suitable for power users such as power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, etc., as power distribution systems with AC 50Hz, rated working voltage 380V, and rated current up to 3150A as power, lighting and power distribution equipment for power conversion, distribution and control. This product has high breaking capacity, rated short-time withstand current up to 50kA, flexible line scheme, convenient combination, strong practicability, novel structure and other characteristics.
This product is one of the representative products of assembled and fixed panel switch cabinets in my country.
Structural features
The cabinet of the JYD type AC low-voltage distribution switchgear adopts the form of a general cabinet, and the frame is assembled from C profiles. The frame parts and special supporting parts are produced and supplied by our company to ensure the accuracy and quality of the cabinet.
The design of JYD cabinet takes full consideration of the heat dissipation problem during cabinet operation.
In accordance with the requirements of modern industrial product design, JYD cabinets use the method of golden ratio to design the shape of the cabinet and the division size of each part, making the whole cabinet beautiful and elegant.
The cabinet door is connected to the cabinet frame with a pivot-type movable hinge.
The instrument door housing the electrical parts is connected to the frame with strands of soft copper wire.
The surface of the cabinet is treated with high-voltage electrostatic spray powder technology.
The top cover of the cabinet can be removed when needed to facilitate the assembly and adjustment of the main busbar on site. The four corners of the cabinet top are equipped with lifting rings for lifting and shipping.
The protection level of the cabinet is IP30.
