PK microcomputer protection measurement and control screen

PK series microcomputer protection measurement and control panels are used in transformer (distribution) stations with voltage levels of 35kV and below. They provide intelligent, networked measurement, protection and control functions for high-voltage equipment in the station. Product introduction

PK series microcomputer protection measurement and control panels are used in transformer (distribution) stations with voltage levels of 35kV and below. They provide intelligent, networked measurement, protection and control functions for high-voltage equipment in the station. At the same time, they communicate in real time with the superior master station to achieve comprehensive automation of the transformer (distribution) station.

Model meaning

It uses an ultra-high-speed dual CPU system to work in parallel and has powerful functions. All measurement, control and protection units of this product use the 80C196 chip launched by Intel, which is twice as fast as 8096. The chip itself contains all peripheral circuits, and the hardware design is extremely simplified, integrating protection, control, measurement, communication and other functions.

Full COMS industrial-grade preferred chip, the entire screen has low power consumption. All integrated circuits of this product use industrial-grade COMS chips, which greatly reduces power consumption. At the same time, the system noise tolerance is greatly improved, and the anti-interference ability is enhanced.

Highly reliable design, resistant to harsh environments, and in line with IEC international standards. This product is specially designed to withstand strong magnetic interference, with reliable contact between components and connectors. It is resistant to impact and vibration, has a wide working environment temperature range, and its insulation, voltage resistance, impact, and resistance to high-frequency interference are in line with IEC international standards.

The communication network is high-speed and reliable, and all devices on the network do not affect each other. This product uses a dedicated RS-485 network communication chip, which has strong fault tolerance and high reliability. It also adopts photoelectric isolation measures to fully ensure the safety of all devices on the network. Each interface itself also has a self-test system to facilitate rapid repair of faults on the public network.

The withstand voltage test is based on IEC255 standard, 2.0KV/50Hz.
